Privacy Policy
Version of 6 November 2026
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") describes what data the Administration of the Telegram bot PingNitro, https://t.me/pingnitrobot (hereinafter, the "Bot"), and of the PingNitro service (hereinafter, the "Service") collects, how it is used, when it is shared with third parties and how it is stored. The full Service policy with retention periods for each type of data — pingnitro.com/en/privacy/.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Policy applies to the Bot https://t.me/pingnitrobot and to the Service, access to which is arranged in the Bot. The operator of personal data is the Administration of the PingNitro Bot (hereinafter, the "Administration").
1.2. The User gives consent to the processing of personal data separately — with the "I accept" button on the consent screen in the Bot; the text of the consent — pingnitro.com/en/consent/. The documents can be read before consenting; without consent the Service is not provided.
2. What data we collect
2.1. Telegram data: identifier (id), name and username in Telegram, language.
2.2. Access data: the personal route key, access term, the terminal and exchange chosen in the Bot, the code of the partner link through which the User came.
2.3. Payment data: amount, date, method and payment number. The Administration does not receive or store bank card data: it is entered on the payment partner's page.
2.4. Technical data: the IP address the app connects from, the country and city by that address, traffic volume, line quality (latency, loss), the addresses of exchanges being connected to, computer information for protecting the free period (as hashes). The Administration does not read or store the content of traffic.
2.5. Messages to support, survey answers and feedback that the User has sent themselves.
2.6. The Administration does not ask for passport data, documents, photos, exchange API keys or exchange passwords.
3. Why we use the data
3.1. To grant and renew access, accept payment and send a receipt, pass the route settings to the app.
3.2. To contact the User: notifications about access and payment, support replies.
3.3. To find failures, check line quality and improve the Service.
3.4. To protect the Service: one key — one person, one free period per person and computer, compliance with the rules of exchanges.
4. Sharing data with third parties
4.1. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for the Service to work:
- payment partners — to process payments and refunds and send receipts (amount, payment number; if the partner needs a buyer identifier — the Telegram ID or the email of the account on the website);
- Telegram — when the User chats with the Bot;
- hosting providers whose servers run the Service (in Russia and Japan) — without the right to use the data for their own purposes;
- the email delivery service Resend (USA) — the email address and the text of the email;
- payment screening services (fraud protection) — only the data of the transaction itself;
- government authorities — in cases provided for by law;
- other persons — only with the User's consent.
4.2. The Administration does not sell data and does not share it for advertising. Cross-border transfer (Japan, USA, the countries of Telegram's servers) — under the consent, in detail — in its section 6.
5. Storage and protection of data
5.1. Data is stored while the User's account exists, and technical logs for less (the connection log — up to 7 days); payment records that the law requires to keep for accounting — longer, only to that extent. Periods for each type of data — in the full Service policy.
5.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data: encrypted connections, restricted access to servers, storing fingerprints (hashes) instead of original values where possible.
5.3. The User may find out what data about them is stored, correct it, withdraw consent and delete the account — with the "Delete my data" button in the Bot ("FAQ" → "How to delete my data") or in the website profile, or by a request to support. Deletion — within 7 days (from backups — when they expire); payment records that the law requires to keep (clause 5.1) remain without a link to the User.
6. Disclaimer
6.1. Data transfer over the internet cannot be absolutely secure. The Administration is not liable for loss or disclosure of data through the fault of third parties or of the User themselves (for example, if they gave their key to other people), except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
7. Changes to the Policy
7.1. The Administration may change the Policy. The new version with its date is published at this address, and a link to it is available in the Bot (the /policies command).
7.2. Continued use of the Bot after a new version is published means agreement with it.
