Terms of use
Version of 11 October 2026. Covers the pingnitro.com website, the @pingnitrobot bot, the account page and the PingNitro apps for Windows and macOS (the "Service"). Contact — @pingnitrosupport or the "Write to the team" form in your account.
1. Accepting the terms
By using the Service — getting access in the bot or on the website, signing in to the PingNitro app — you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The Service is for adults. How we handle data — privacy policy.
2. What the Service is
- PingNitro is a route from your trading terminal to the exchanges' servers: the app on your computer gives the terminal a proxy at 127.0.0.1:1081 and carries its exchange connections through our nodes. The goal is lower and steadier latency.
- Only the addresses of exchanges from a closed list go through the Service; the rest of your computer's internet works directly. Websites do not open through the Service.
- To the exchange, the connection comes from the address of our exit server, not from yours.
- We don't promise a specific latency: it depends on your provider, your hardware and the exchange itself. Our figures are measurements with a date, place and method.
- The exchange list, the nodes and the apps may change.
3. Account, key and devices
- You can sign in with Telegram, email or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices safe.
- Your access key is personal. Don't share it, your account or the app with other people, don't resell access and don't publish your settings.
- Your devices are listed in the account → "My devices"; you can disconnect an unknown one. If you suspect someone else uses your access, tell support and we'll replace the key.
4. Free test
The Service is currently in a test: access is free and provided "as is" — without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation and without an obligation to provide it indefinitely. Your access period and renewal (a weekly survey) are shown in the bot and in the account. We may change the test conditions and the number of participants. Taking part in the test doesn't oblige you to anything.
5. Paid access
The price, period, payment method and refund terms for paid access will be published before sales start — in the bot, in the @pingnitro channel and on this page. Until then you don't need to pay for access.
6. What is not allowed
- using the Service for anything other than connecting your terminal to the listed exchanges;
- using it to break exchange rules, country or jurisdiction restrictions, the laws of your country or other people's rights;
- sharing or reselling access, publishing keys and settings;
- putting excessive load on the nodes, scanning them, trying to obtain other people's keys and data or disrupting the Service.
If you break these rules, we may warn you, limit or end your access; we tell you in the bot when a suspension happens, where possible.
7. Exchanges and laws
You are responsible for following the exchanges' rules (including identity checks and country restrictions) and the tax, currency and other laws of your country. The Service is a technical connectivity tool, not trading advice or a financial service. We can't see your orders or API keys — the exchange itself encrypts the terminal's connection; we never ask for API keys.
8. Liability
We work to keep the route fast and stable, but we are not responsible for: your provider and hardware; outages, restrictions and decisions of exchanges; actions of Telegram, hosting providers and other third parties; blocking, decisions of authorities and network shutdowns; trading decisions and their results, including lost profit due to latency or an interruption. These limits do not apply where the law doesn't allow them for consumers.
9. Ending
You can stop using the Service at any time; to delete your data, write to support (privacy policy). We may end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or shut the Service down entirely with advance notice in the bot.
10. Changes
A new version is published on this page with its date; we announce significant changes in the bot. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you agree to the new version.
