What PingNitro is
PingNitro is a route from your trading terminal to the exchanges. The app on your computer gives your terminal the proxy
Only exchange addresses from a closed list go through the route; the rest of your internet works directly, as usual — websites don't open through PingNitro. Our job is lower latency and a stable connection to the exchange.

There is a main entry and a backup one — the app picks the better one itself.Only exchange addresses from a closed list go through the route; the rest of your internet works directly, as usual — websites don't open through PingNitro. Exchanges and terminals
Exchanges via the route: Binance (futures and spot), OKX, Bitget, Gate, KuCoin, MEXC. Bybit and BingX keep their servers in Singapore — the direct path to them is shorter, so the app sends them outside the route.
Terminals: any terminal where you can set a proxy — CScalp, Tiger.com (Tiger.Trade), Vataga, MetaScalp and others. CScalp and Tiger.com support HTTP proxies only. Step by step — terminal setup guides.

What latency to expect
We don't promise a number in advance: the gain depends on your city, your provider and the exchange. Our measurements are on pingnitro.com. You can measure your own latency there — compare before and after connecting; tests made while you're signed in are saved in your account under "My test results".
Bybit and BingX go directly — their latency is the same as without PingNitro.

Why a "20 ms ping" is misleading
That number is usually the time to the exchange's nearest CDN node. Trades and the order book live on the exchange's main servers in specific data centers — and the path to them from your network often takes a long way through other networks' nodes.
What matters is how fast an exchange event reaches you and your order reaches the exchange. That is what the test on pingnitro.com shows.

What gain to expect from my city
It depends on the city: more than 100 ms from Saint Petersburg, Minsk, Almaty, Yerevan; almost none from Novosibirsk and cities further east — the path to the exchange servers is already short there.
Our measurements and estimates by city are in the table on the site; for your own connection, run the test there.

What if the route goes down
The route has a backup entry point and several exits. The app switches to the backup entry in 10 seconds (in our tests); exits are switched by the node's watchdog.
If none of the entries responds, the app sends your terminal direct — as if PingNitro were off — and brings the route back when the entries work again (the "Go direct if the route is down" setting, on by default). We post incidents in the channel @pingnitro.

How the 2 free weeks work
Access is granted for free with the "Connect for free" button in your account — a week right away; the date it's valid until is in the "Access" section. A day before it ends, a short survey (about a minute) appears there — complete it and your access is extended by another week.
Expired, and the survey week isn't used yet? Take the survey in your account and your access comes back. There is one trial per account; after the two free weeks — a subscription with a discount on your first purchase.

What data you keep
We keep what the service can't work without: your Telegram id or email (if you sign in with email or Google), name and language; your key and access period; data about the devices with the app; the IP address the app connects from, the exchange address, traffic volume and line quality; survey answers, feedback and payment details.
We don't read the content of your traffic: the connection between your terminal and the exchange is encrypted by the exchange itself — your API keys and orders are not visible to us. In detail, with retention periods — the Privacy Policy.

How to delete my data
With the "🗑 Delete my data" button: in the bot — under this answer, on the website — in your account, "Sign-in and security". Or write to support: @pingnitrosupport. We delete your account with all its data within 7 days; payment records remain without any link to you — accounting requires them. In detail — the Privacy Policy.

Alongside other network programs
The PingNitro app works alongside other network programs. But if a program captures all of your computer's traffic ("all traffic" mode, TUN — tunnels, proxies, traffic filters), it pulls our route through itself as well: the path to the exchange gets longer and latency grows.
Add sslocal (and sing-box — it works in the "Poor network (UDP)" mode) to that program's exclusions or turn it off while you trade.

Warnings during installation
The app is not signed with a publisher certificate, so the system asks you to confirm. Download it only from the @pingnitrobot bot and from pingnitro.com.
• Windows: "More info" → "Run anyway".
• macOS: installing with one command in Terminal (step by step — pingnitro.com/en/mac) shows no warnings; for the dmg file — "System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway".
• Your antivirus removed sslocal or sing-box — these are open-source programs (shadowsocks-rust and sing-box): add the PingNitro folder to its exclusions and download the app again.

The terminal won't connect
1. The PingNitro app is running and its window says "Working" (Windows — the icon near the clock, it may be hidden under the ^ arrow).
2. The proxy in your terminal: HTTP,
3. The proxy is selected in the exchange connection (Vataga — "Full stream" mode; Tiger.com — all three checkboxes for Binance).
4. Your antivirus and other network programs in "all traffic" mode don't interfere — see "Alongside other network programs".
5. If your exchange API key is bound to IP addresses, all four exit addresses are on its list (see "API keys and IP binding").
Didn't help — "Check connection" in your account or support: @pingnitrosupport.
2. The proxy in your terminal: HTTP,
127.0.0.1, port 1081 (not 1080), login and password empty. CScalp and Tiger.com support HTTP only.3. The proxy is selected in the exchange connection (Vataga — "Full stream" mode; Tiger.com — all three checkboxes for Binance).

How to check it works
1. The "Check connection" button in your account shows how much traffic has gone through your key today.
2. The PingNitro app window shows "Working" and the latency to Binance.
3. The latency test on the home page — compare before and after connecting.
4. "Line quality" in your account shows whether the link from you to our entry is steady.

Is there a phone app
No. The PingNitro app exists only for computers: Windows 10/11 and macOS 13+ on a Mac with an Apple processor (M1–M4). There is no app for phones or Intel Macs.
API keys and IP binding
We never ask for your exchange API keys. Don't enter them anywhere except your terminal and don't send them to anyone — even to people writing on behalf of PingNitro. The connection between your terminal and the exchange is encrypted by the exchange itself: your keys and orders are not visible to us.
Binding an API key to IP addresses works: the addresses of our exits are permanent. Add all four to the key's list —

57.182.161.238, 95.85.94.206, 95.85.94.132 and 43.165.167.202: the route picks the exit itself. If "Go direct if the route is down" is on in the app, your terminal uses your own address while the route is down — then orders go through only if that address is on the list too.Is it legal
PingNitro shortens the path from your terminal to the exchanges' servers: only exchange addresses from a closed list go through the route, the rest of the internet goes directly. It is not a tool for accessing websites.
The exchange's rules, including its country restrictions, apply as usual — following them is up to the user.
